We have a three star hotel in Birmingham called Chateau Noir (just an example), the hotel has a bar called the Crown, a restaurant that sells French Cuisine and a leisure centre. What we would do is look at the main things this business sells, in this case its a hotel and its primary function is to sell a bed for the night which is where most profit comes from.
So, we first look at keywords relative to the business; Hotel, Birmingham, England, three, Star, Chateau, accommodation, bar, restaurant, French Cuisine, Leisure centre.
Next we look at making phrases (what most people would type into a search engine when looking for something specific) using these keywords;
